Marcia Cross has taught VCE OES for the majority of her career. She currently coordinates the Outdoor and Environmental Studies Network, has been involved in various roles within VCAA and delivers professional development for outdoor education teachers.

Andrew Mannion previously worked as a maths and science teacher before finding his passion for the outdoors. He now uses his maths and science background to supplement his OES teaching and writing.
