A note to our customers
Dear Customer,
We're excited to announce that we have partnered with Toll as our new third-party warehouse and transport provider. As a result, you will see some exciting changes to your Cengage deliveries from 17 September 2018.
Warehouse transition period
We have been working hard to ensure that we can process your orders without disruptions during this change. To facilitate this, you may receive your Cengage deliveries from either Toll or DHL over the next few weeks.
Packing list included with goods
A packing list will now be included with your orders. Your packing list will only show which items have been shipped in your order along with important details such as your purchase order number (if applicable) and Cengage account number. Any out-of-stock items will not appear on your packing list.
Invoices sent via email
We believe that reducing our environmental footprint is important. Invoices will no longer be shipped with Cengage deliveries. Your invoice will be emailed to your nominated email address when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Any out-of-stock items will appear on your invoice with an E.T.A.Not sure if your email address is up-to-date in our records?
