COVID - Deliveries to school addresses will be held
Orders sent to all school addresses in Australia (including NSW) & New Zealand, for orders placed on or after 24/3 will be held at our warehouse. These orders will then be dispatched at a time so that the goods arrive very early into the period once school recommences in your respective states (& NZ).
We are doing in this in an effort to minimise failed deliveries due to no one being on premises.
But our school will have someone there to sign during business hours, how do I get my order sent to my school address?
If your school will definitely be attended during this time, you can take below action/s to override this.
Is your account linked to a school invoicing account? You can tell this is the case if your address is not editable on the checkout screen (it is set as the school address). If this is the case, when you complete an order, please enter an order number beginning with 'DN' and we will automatically release it
My account is not linked to a school account (e.g. I can edit the address field) - If you are not linked to a school invoicing account and want the goods delivered to a school address immediately, do not click the checkbox which says "This is a primary or secondary school address"
I want to order on my school account, but have it sent to a home address. How do I do this?
Orders placed on school accounts have the address set on checkout. Please complete your order as normal (do not enter an order number beginning with DN). Please email customer service - firstname.lastname@example.org - quoting your order number. Your order number will begin with 'EC' and will be on the order confirmation screen and your receipt email. Please advise the home address you want this order to be sent to.
