How can I track the progress of my order?
Did you place your order via this website? If so, please ensure you are logged into the account you made the purchase on (a 'log in' option is available at the top of every page) and then go to 'my dashboard' via the menu option that is visible on the top left of every page for logged in users. On this page you will be able to view your order history. If your order has been dispatched a tracking button will be present here.
Want to track an order with us, not placed via this website? Your invoice number can be used to track your order via Team Global Express (formerly known as Toll) by clicking here. If you have any further questions, you can contact our Customer Service team.
