Browsing Box Books

Nelson Cengage Learning is pleased to introduce our new range of Browsing Box Books This collection comprises four packs of fiction and non-fiction readers from reading-age 5.0 to 8.0 (level 1 to 20). The fiction books feature increasingly complex vocabulary, sentence structures, plots, characters, literary devices and illustrations to support independent reading. The non-fiction books feature a wide range of informative text types, subject specific vocabulary and content that matches both curriculum demands and student interest.

• The Emergent pack contains 30 titles from reading age 5.0 to 5.8 (level 1 to 7)
• The Early pack contains 28 titles from reading age 5.8 to 6.6 (level 8 to 16)
• The Developing pack contains 24 titles from reading age 7.0 to 8.0 (level 17 to 20)
• The Consolidating pack contains 24 titles at reading age 8.0 (level 20)

Cengage Learning encourages students to take home readers that are at their independent reading level (approximately 1 to 2 levels below a student's instructional reading level). This approach ensures students will read independently and fluently at home, with minimal errors.
